Pricing
Prices displayed on this web site are accurate at the time of posting, but may be subject to change. If the price displayed at checkout does not match what is displayed on the website, please contact us to have the issue resolved.
All prices displayed on this website with a 'Add to Cart' button include insured shipping to continental USA addresses only unless otherwise noted.
Taxes
We will collect sales tax during checkout for any items picked up at our store, and any deliveries or shipments made to addresses in Iowa, USA. The current rate is 7%. No sales tax will be collected for shipping addresses outside the state of Iowa.
Shipping
We strive to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
'Free shipping' notifications refer to continental USA addresses only. While we do ship to APO/FPO and international addresses, a quote for shipping costs must be obtained before purchasing. Customer is responsible for any additional fees at the destination including taxes or customs fees. All international sales are final.
Orders are shipped UPS ground, or USPS First Class unless other arrangements are made.
All orders will be shipped with insurance valued at the final purchase price of the item(s) being shipped, less any shipping costs.
Tracking information will be sent to the recipient via email when available.
Shipping claims must first be taken up with the shipper. We will provide any assistance needed, and will work with the recipient until a resolution is reached.
Returns
Mage Music offers a seven day money back return policy for all sales within the United States. All international sales are final.
Customers wishing to return an item(s) must first contact us via phone or email. We will then issue a return authorization for the customer to ship the item(s) back to us.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned in original or comparable packaging, and must arrive in the same condition as when it was shipped.
Credit for the full purchase price of the item(s) will be issued within 48 hours of receipt and inspection of the item(s) being returned. Credit will be issued via the same method of payment the customer originally used when purchasing the item(s).
