Shipping Rates & Policies

Free insured shipping by UPS for all orders placed in the continental US. (Except where noted.)

We strive to ship all orders the same day that the order is placed, but please allow up to two business days to process and ship your order. If no tracking information or shipment confirmation is received after two business days of placing your order, please contact us.

International shipments will be made by priority mail through USPS at a rate of $28 USD for small packages, and $125 for large packages (guitars). If you wish, please contact us to receive a shipping quote to your location, and possibly lower the shipping costs.

APO / FPO, US territories, Alaska and Hawaii addresses will be charged the international rate unless a shipping quote is obtained prior to purchasing.

Shipments made to addresses within the state of Iowa will be charged 7% sales tax.

All shipping charges and tax will appear at PayPal checkout.
