Prices displayed on this web site are accurate at the time of posting, but may be subject to change. If the price displayed at checkout does not match what is displayed on the website, or if a coupon code is not applied, tax unduly charged, etc. – please contact us to have the issue resolved.

We will collect sales tax during checkout for any items picked up at our store, and any deliveries or shipments made to addresses in Iowa, USA. The current rate is 7%. No sales tax will be collected for shipping addresses outside the state of Iowa.

We strive to ship orders within 36 hours of receipt of payment.

‘Free shipping’ notifications refer to continental USA addresses only. While we do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Protectorates, APO/FPO, and international addresses, a surcharge will be applied, or a quote for shipping costs can be obtained before purchasing. Customer is responsible for any additional fees at destination including taxes or customs fees. All sales outside of the continental United States are final.

Orders are shipped UPS ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made.

All orders will be shipped with insurance valued at the final purchase price of the item(s) being shipped, less any shipping costs, not to exceed maximum insurance limits for the selected service.

Tracking information will be sent to the recipient via email when available, and will be available by clocking the ‘Track My Order’ option from our website .

Shipping claims must first be submitted to the shipper. We will provide any assistance needed, and will work with the recipient until a resolution is reached to the satisfaction of all parties.

Mage Music offers a fourteen day money back return policy for all sales within the United States. All sales outside the continental United States are final.

Customers wishing to return an item(s) must first contact us via phone or email. We will then issue a return authorization for the customer to ship the item(s) back to us. Item(s) returned without proper authorization will either be returned, resold or discarded at the discretion of Mage Music.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned in original or comparable packaging, and must arrive in the same condition as when then items(s) were shipped in order to receive a refund.

Credit for the full purchase price of the item(s), less any applicable restocking fees, will be issued within 48 hours of receipt and inspection of the item(s) being returned. Credit will be issued via the same method of payment the customer originally used when purchasing the item(s) unless other arrangements are made prior to receipt of the refund.
